Tim McNeely

Guiding Light Financial's Insurance Specialist, Tim has over thirty years of group insurance experience largely with two major carriers, MetLife and Prudential Financial, where he achieved National Sales Leader status at both companies. While group insurance success and special recognition from working with large corporations was certainly rewarding, Tim will tell you the most enjoyable part of his career was each time he had the opportunity to sit one-on-one with the employees who really needed the insurance protection, listen to their unique circumstances and provide them the necessary information to help reach informed, suitable decisions. To this end, he is happy to once again get back to those roots as part of the Guiding Light Financial family. The youngest of ten children, he was born in Huntington, NY and is now nearly a thirty year resident of Milford, PA where he and his wife (also of thirty years) Ellen have raised four children of their own… putting three through college with one more in tow. Clearly, Tim's professional and personal background has given him a special understanding and appreciation of the value and importance of insurance protection as an integral part of prudent financial planning.

Tim currently holds Life, Health and Property & Casualty licenses and is a Series 6, 26 and 63 FINRA Registered Representative. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Providence College in Rhode Island and studied abroad in Rome, Italy at Loyola University of Chicago. He is an active member of his church and community and enjoys fishing, golf and spending time with his family.
