George Steward Siracuse - President

George Steward Siracuse is a Financial Planner and President of Guiding Light Financial, LLC. George is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, CRPC® through The College for Financial Planning and was Finance Major and Real Estate Minor at the Villanova School of Business. At Villanova George was a member of the Fixed Income Society & Real Estate Development Team. Additionally, he also played Division I FCS Football and was a member of the 2009 National Championship Team. Professionally, George started his career in financial services in 2010 as a Trading & Operations Assistant for Wunderlich Securities' Fixed Income Trading Floor in Manhattan. While at Wunderlich he completed his general securities registration licensing. In 2013 George decided to join his father at Strategic Financial Planners to pursue a career in Financial Planning; a career in which he can assist individuals, families, professionals, and small business owners attain their financial goals. George Steward is insurance licensed, a Registered Representative, an Investment Adviser Representative, and a Registered Securities Principal of Centaurus Financial, Inc.

Michele L. Polanis - Registered Assistant

Michele has been with the firm since 1998. She is securities registered and insurance licensed. Her main function with the firm is to act as client liaison, which involves tracking clients' flow of business, answering questions regarding statements and paperwork and processing client requests. Michele is also responsible for updating and maintaining client files, coordinating all scheduling and office communications, as well as office bookkeeping.

Michele is involved with a number of community and school organizations. She is a lifelong resident of Pike County, where she resides with her husband Gary and their children.
